It’s been two years since LFLA welcomed principal Katrice Noble. Principal Noble’s credentials, as well as her passion for children, continue to help her to take LFLA to new levels of scholastic achievement. She was assistant principal of Beaumont High School for nearly three years and worked as administrative assistant at Roosevelt High School prior to that. In addition, she has five children of her own, including a baby she and her husband adopted earlier this year.

“I was originally intrigued by the vision – the spark that began at the Gym and has grown into this unique and incredible school,” Noble noted. “Once I came and began getting to know the faculty and staff, I realized that theirs’ is a deep passion for nurturing children. I knew it was the place for me. It’s a good fit.

After nearly two years, Principal Noble's influence is felt in every aspect of the Academy and her "can do" attitude is infectious. Test scores are climbing, and both student and faculty spirits are high. Parents have begun to get more involved at the school, with record-breaking numbers turning out for parent/teacher conferences and student award events.

Noble said, “The school has a lot to offer and I see so much love in this place. I want to enhance what we already have here at Lift For Life. I’m looking forward to continuing to meet new challenges.”
